Minerva’s Planning Committee meets the first Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. in Village Hall.  The Board of Zoning Appeals meets the third Monday of each month also at 5:00 p.m. in Village Hall.  Please call 330-868-7705 if you’re planning to attend a meeting or if you have any specific planning or zoning questions.  Copies of the Zoning Code can be obtained at Minerva Village Hall.
